Equally important is service. From quickly responding to your requests for proposals and listening to your needs, to executing your event with warmth and professionalism. We know service is everything.
And finally, people. Our team consists of a wide range of characters from diverse backgrounds, but they all share two qualities: They are good at what they do, and they have hospitality in their hearts.
In addition to our focus on quality, we love simplicity and elegance. Make it pretty, but don’t “over do.”
And finally, we believe waste is the enemy. All of our businesses are green certified: We invest in energy saving technology; we use biodegradable and compostable packaging; we are sure to recycle, compost, and carefully sort all of our waste — in our facilities as well as on site at our catering events… We even recycle our frying oil.
